Accomplishments

· Data Mining/Root cause analysis to determine actual versus perceived causes for data metrics used in existing customer retention reporting as part of my VLSS Greenbelt Certification. Recommended a reduction from 20 plus discrete data points to three. This allowed management teams to focus on frontline rep behaviors resulting in a 10.4% reduction in customer line disconnects.

· Developed script to Identify revenue leakage from missing inventory in point-of-sale system resulting in a 2% improvement in retention rates.

· Compiled data dictionary by schema, table, column with functional definitions, primary and secondary indexes empowering data analysts to self-serve This saved approximately 30 minutes consultation time with the data team per occurrence increasing project completion velocity.

· Logic overhaul of daily SSIS ETLs improving runtime by 30%. This allowed migration of the ETLs to Informatica utilizing over 100 Mappings in a central location to improve troubleshooting, debugging and load restart time when jobs failed.

· Created specific use case documentation for Pyramid Analytics application, conducted end user rollout, and created sample report visualizations and formulas for data analysts. End users could then self-serve reporting needs and reduce interaction time with data team for guidance.
