Work History

Executive VP

Althin Medical, Inc. an Affiliate of Baxter International, Inc.®

As an Executive Vice President, I inherited underperforming assets generating approximately $250,000 in annual losses and was entrusted with reversing their performance. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman of the Board, I established analytical performance metrics, implemented disciplined segmentation frameworks, and introduced Lean, continuous-improvement, and process-driven sales methodologies. These initiatives established durable financial and operating practices that positioned the organization for sustainable growth and scalability,

I strengthened and consolidated patented proprietary technology and product portfolios while negotiating strategic global partnerships. I built cross-functional teams spanning Finance, M&A, Business Development, R&D, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Distribution, aligning these functions around common commercial and operational objectives. Through recruitment, mentoring, delegation, and empowerment of high-caliber talent, these efforts contributed to approximately $680M in incremental revenue growth within a highly regulated global industry prior to acquisition.

My executive responsibilities have also required a high degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information while working directly with Boards of Directors, CEOs, C-suite executives, investors, and strategic business partners. responsible for integrating the acquired organization into a multinational publicly traded enterprise generating approximately $16B in annual revenue. I led the transition of the acquired corporation's financial operations, intellectual and physical assets, business operations, and global human resources organization of approximately 1,380 employees. The integration was completed under budget and ahead of targeted timelines.

I have led and transformed high-performing global revenue organizations within multinational, publicly traded enterprises, including substantial responsibility in a $2B division within a global organization exceeding $12B in annual revenue.

As an integral member of acquisition teams, I helped lead the successful operational transformation integration of two acquired technologies, expanding capabilities and creating a fully vertically integrated product offering for domestic sales operations. Both integrations were completed significantly ahead of mandated timelines and below budget, accelerating time-to-market while maximizing the strategic value of the acquisitions.

Throughout my career, I have consistently translated complex market, financial, and operational challenges into scalable strategies that generate measurable enterprise value.
