
I have been an employee of American Honda in Davenport for the last 19 years, starting out working for a temp company, getting hired on as a full time associate in 2008, and eventually becoming a warehouse supervisor in 2017. As a supervisor i have worked in almost all aspects of our business, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control. I bring value through strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management and motivating team leadership. I excel in fast-paced environments with changing conditions and considerable time pressure, with the knowledge to make timely decisions. Throughout my time at Honda I have learned many skills about networking throughout our company, as well as with our logistics carriers and co-employment with our temporary workforce. I have much experience with personal issues, along with training and corrective action. My experience with managing personal, along with my strong abilities with time management and workflow management, should make me a strong candidate for this postion.
