I am as of now a mechanic with just over 2 years of experience. I am a motivated mechanic with goals and enjoy the field I'm in. When working at previous jobs I have always gotten along with my coworkers. Working with a team is something I always enjoy and I like to build positive work relations with all my coworkers if i can. I have good leadership skills when put in the position to lead a project. At the end of the day when comes down to the job I will always attempt to always put forth effort and enjoyment into my environment. For goals I am looking to getting into transmission replacement and rebuilds if the shop providing services for transmission rebuilds. I do want to climb the latter to supervisor and management but I know the work it takes to get there. I want to be one of the most learned people in the shop so I can complete my own projects without fail but to also help the internal shop experience grow.
