- Payload Rationalization Team, Worked closely with regional managers to increase, plan and rationalize payload. Ultimately our teams efforts lead to the addition of the real-time payload calculator inside of loadmaster that we all use today.
- Olympia Yard Expansion, Manage a 2 acre yard expansion from the ground up, from brush to finished surface and layout.
- Coil Twine Color Code. Worked closely with the West region CIRC to create the color code that was used on single wall coils until up to the advent of auto coiling.
