I have responded to multiple Law Enforcement operations to provide technical assistance with installations of video intelligence collection of covert and overt deployments as well as Rapidly advancing manhunts of escaped criminals from correctional facilities or criminals fleeing from Law Enforcement.

• 2011 to present- Issued and Maintain a Top Secret Clearance due to my role as Technical Surveillance Development Program.
• 12-2002 -03-2003 Completed U.S. Marshal's Training Academy and Stationed in W/Texas Del Rio Division as 082 DUSM(Deputy U.S. Marshal)
• My Duties required the processing of new federal Prisoners and ensuring that they were magistrated by a federal magistrate judge.
• Responsible for the Safety and security of all federal Judges in the Del Rio federal Courthouse.
• 01-2004-03-2006 Transferred to the W/Texas San Antonio Division. I was appointed to Communications Officer for the Entire Western District of Texas and Tasked with three implementation of a new radio code plug for the District.
• 2006-2011 Assigned to the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force where i was responsible for locating and apprehending federal fugitives as well as assist state and local law enforcement with the apprehension of violent fugitives.
• · 2011 - Present - Assigned full time to TOG SCR San Antonio as Technical Surveillance Development Program (TSDP).
• · 06 2020 - Deployed video surveillance equipment inside RV and installed pole camera, led to arrest of YOUNG FID
• 01 2020 - deployed covert video devices in rural Delphi, Indiana in support of murder investigation (Delphi Murders).
• 2019 - Present - Planned and surveyed locations for numerous covert video devices to be deployed throughout U.S.
• 2019 - Present - Assist other federal agencies with planning and deployment of their equipment in fugitive investigations.
• 2019 - Present- Advise on ELSUR techniques best suited for variety of complex investigations.
• 2019 - Present - Assist other federal agencies with planning and deployment of their equipment in fugitive investigations.
• 2019 - Present - Provide location information to TaskForce based on ELSUR analysis.
• 2019 - Present - Lead firearms instructor for the W/TX San Antonio office responsible for all weapons deployment, maintenance and qualification standards to all assigned CIDUSMS
• 2011-Present- Planned and monitored video surveillance options for numerous OCDETF / IRS operations.
• 2011-Present- Deploy, troubleshoot utility pole and covert video devices.
• 2011-Present- Conduct site survey and deployed video surveillance equipment support OCDETF/SOIB/Fugitive.
• 2011-2019- Maintain/coordinate GPS device deployments, ensure search warrants and USM 611 documentation is correct.
• 2016-2017 - Deputy in Charge of perimeter security and video surveillance for 2 Major Mexican Mafia trials held in the san Antonio Area.
