Conduct the day to day operations of Trionaid Associates Incorporated a licensed, full-service private detective agency specializing in consulting, investigative, and background screening services for state, county and local municipalities. As Operational Manager I also provide organizations across the country with the tools they need to quickly, easily and confidently screen potential applicants before offering them a position within their organization.

Conducted comprehensive investigations into alleged wrong doing by county and local police officers. The Professional Standards Unit of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office operates in accordance with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Guidelines on Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures. The Unit accepts and documents all citizen complaints against law enforcement personnel employed in Ocean County, as well as all citizen complaints against law enforcement personnel employed by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. As a detective in this unit, we also conduct investigations into Fraud and Corruption within Ocean County.

Served as the Commanding Officer of the Violent Crimes Bureau, which consisted of 77 sworn personnel and 6 civilians. The Units within the Violent Crimes Bureau consisted of Major Crimes Unit (Homicide), Missing Person and Exploited Children Unit,Auto Theft, Cargo Theft Units, Fugitive Unit and US Marshals Task Force, Polygraph Unit and Hostage Negotiations.

During my career I was decorated four times by the Division for conducting various Investigations, acts of bravery and life saving actions. I was nominated two times for the prestigious honor of Trooper of the Year award.
