It involves participatory decision-making with team members to follow organized decision-making processes regarding quality improvement, practice standards, professional development, and research.
  • Co-chair for the CVICU Social Committee- Our goal is to encourage employee bonding and engagement and also providing volunteer opportunities. We hold monthly meetings to plan extracurricular activities or events which aim to make the workplace more enjoyable and foster positive interactions amongst coworkers.
