• I was hired in 2012 as a Service Tech. where i was responsible for setting up and delivering oxygen into peoples homes. Class C CDL - hazmat endorsement.
• In 2018 i was promoted to Lead service Technician/Representative where I over see the other service technicians day to day activity. I help with scheduling and overseeing the oxygen deliveries along with our warehouse manager while also acting as warehouse manager when he is not there. Responsible for the warehouse duties, from shipping and receiving to servicing equipment to stocking inventory.
• Receiving phone calls and following up with customers needs. Maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns.

• Completed on-time deliveries by choosing best and most efficient routes.
• Completed rush deliveries on tight timetables to satisfy customer needs.
• Operated vehicle safely in highly congested areas with no traffic violations.
• Delivered packages to customer doorsteps and business offices.

I was hired as a general laborer and after 6 months or so i was brought in the office to be an estimator on bidding jobs while i attended college.

I mostly hung new duct work insulation in a new appartmant builing complex.

I was responsible for pulling orders and deliverying HVAC supplies to the contractors shop or job site.

Shipping and receiving along with unloading semi trucks.
