Operations Coordinator/Tasker focused mainly on inbound operations to the Mars Pet Care facility. Oversaw a crew of 8 to 12 associates for receiving, verifying quantity and quality and putting away into appropriate storage locations. Entered new product into inventory by class, (specified in detail from menu of options.) Kept in close contact with Customer Relations Department in ensuring product received was done in an order of need and time restraints. Worked with various carriers focused on keeping the trailer flow steady and supply of carrier trailers met the needs of the operations for outbound orders. Assisted co-pack tasker in checking in, assigning and billing out dynamic shipments.

Drove fork lift picking orders for outbound operations, loading and unloading inbound and outbound trailers and later became the dock boss for the co-pack dynamic shipment operations overseeing the loading of trailers and receiving of product from the co-pack operation from their inventory into Mars Pet Care/DB Schenker operation inventory. In charge of a crew of 5 to 10 associates depending on the needs of production.

Maintained school appearance and cleanliness on a day to day basis. Drove school bus transporting student to and from school as well as after school activities such as sporting events and field trips.

I oversaw the workforce in day to day operations with scheduling and assigning work. Maintained inventory for use in the service area. Kept records of employee hours and payroll. Kept records for fuel tank monitoring to be reported for leak detection and shrinkage reimbursement. Drove towing/recovery vehicle. Paid monthly utilities and other expenses as they became due.
