  Last 11 years as Facilities Director, Experience in facilities and property management. Oversee operations of all facilities in a private beach club. Including Pools, Beach, Kitchen, Public areas, Utility Services, Parking, Enjoy working around members and guests in the hospitality industry. Have strong skills with working and training coworkers and staff. Maintain all operating systems, Scheduling and assigning staff duties,
  Handling of all property facilities duties. Planning and executing all maintenance projects , PM of equipment by in house staff and or of contracted service providers. Work with local, state and federal agencies on permitting and licensing.

  Insure procedures and equipment for safety of all members, guests and employees are followed. Including safety training of all equipment used in facilities department. Insure all signage and barriers are in place in all work
  
  areas.
  Work with other department managers on safety and training of staff on use and care of equipment. Emergency plan and procedures of all departments in case of fire, water flooding, equipment failures, storm preparedness and evacuation plan, as well as any security emergency situations.
  Purchasing of tools and equipment for employee staff and projects. Receiving and shipping. Design and execute projects. Work and planning of facilities budget line items as well as capital budget plans.
  15 years in building trades, 17 years in hotel and casino operations. 7 years telecommunications technician. CPO certified for 12 years, Have skills needed to operate and maintain pools and equipment. Have skills to operate most power equipment and tools. have a good knowledge in Electrical, plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Geo Thermal, Telecommunications, Audio Video, Fire and Security systems. Oversee housekeeping
  operations, services and staff.

Maintain all CDD areas including Parks ,Playgrounds,Roads,Lighting,Storm Lift Stations, 2 fitness and Pool centers, Sails and administration buildings,

Required safety Fire,Security Alarm inspections.

Maintain and repair Electrical ,Plumbing,Carpentry,
