• Created a company whereby I could share my successful construction experience obtained as a residential building Superintendent for Richmond American Homes to fulfill a perceived need for either upstart or existing custom homebuilders.
• Successfully obtained construction and consulting contracts with Cain Construction Co., a custom homebuilder in Nassau County, FL with five (5) custom homes at various stages of completion.
• Oversight responsibilities included the scheduling and supervision of all sub-contractors, plan reviews and required building inspections consistent with Florida Building Code requirements to project completion.
• Insured sub-contractors completed their assignments in compliance to applicable building codes but also that work product results met the highest standards of quality in workmanship acceptable to the home owners.

• Spokesperson on behalf of Daytona Int'l Speedway on historical tours as a public relations professional for the speedway to 10's of thousands of guests during my tenure of employment.
• Responsibilities included operation of all modes of transportation during events, including supervisory roles to insure the safe and efficient movement of 100's of thousands of fans throughout the 480 acres of speedway property during major events.
• Personally selected by management for "special assignment" responsibilities that included the movement of "VIP's" to selected locations at specific times during major events.
• One of only three out of twelve tour guides that were authorized by the speedways management to conduct special "VIP" 3 hour tours of the speedway which included the "Archives" not open to the public.

As assigned Building Superintendent I managed site development and successful completion of Richmond American's Homes most premier and highest valued subdivisions during my tenure with the company.

Prior to this assignment, I was personally selected by Richmond's VP of Construction to evaluate, report and correct deficiencies at selected subdivisions which had become problematic to the company and its homeowners.

Developed among employees and sub-contractors the importance of teamwork, organization and communication which ultimately resulted in quality of workmanship, pride and a sense of accomplishment that ultimately translated into customer satisfaction and the potential for customer referrals which translated to increased sales and profitability to the company.

Anticipated and recognized the inherent problems associated with construction processes while pro-actively anticipating such disruptions and the solutions to them.

Consistently exceeding guidelines by executive management's expectations during my annual performance reviews and homeowner evaluations after closings.

Estimated value of completed projects during my tenure with the company conservatively would value close to 25 million dollars.
