
Worked in the HVAC industry for over (25) years which I performed the installation and service of HVAC equipment.While performing these duties over the years I also gained a vast knowledge of how electricity works which has been very instrumental in performing electrical inspections at Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement.
Perform inspections on a daily basis to ensure work being performed is code compliant.

I was assigned by my supervisor to meet with the representative from the State Board of Examiners to assist them in identifying code violations and provide the representative with the code sections that the violation falls under.
I also was assigned to be a trainer on the multitrade team to train new employees on the inspection process and the daily tasks that he or she may encounter.This includes inspections,setting up emails/voicemails,how to and when to issue stop work order and NOV.My task as a trainer was also to help the new hire to navigate thru our operating system on the Ipad.
I also served on the Task Team for Mechanical and Plumbing.
I also was assigned by my supervior to provide input to DOI when they were implementing the new changeout Inspector Certificate.
