This is a low barrier shelter, so a lot of grace is given, but only to a certain extent as per the policies of Shepherd House ministries.

- Check-in and exit of residents.

-Monitor facility to ensure safety of residents and staff.

-Resident de-escalation and resident referrals (housing, clothing and employment).

-Mail distribution and Medication distribution. Laundry and inventory replenishment.
