• Project Finance - Support Account Managers in managing a wide variety of transactions for international and domestic clients, varying in complexity from account bank, collateral agent to multi-role transactions with multiple deliverables. Identify, receive, transfer, invest and disburse trust and agency funds pursuant to the terms of the legal contracts. Deals include renewable energy (Solar, Hydroelectric, Wind), oil and gas (Drilling, Natural Gas, Oil Transportation), infrastructure (Development, Stadium, Sports) metals and mining (Steel). Communicate and coordinate with sponsor and participants regarding cash flow, balances, waiver, amendment, and consent requests.

Quantitative analysis of upcoming projects. Draft and complete takeoffs and bid proposals for current and potential clients.

Designed, fabricated, and implemented various projects into the Rolling Mill to improve production, utilization, and cost efficiency. Acted as own project manager and was responsible for overseeing each team installing and applying all four major projects into the Mill.
