In recognition of his exceptional performance onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) from August 2019 to March 2020, Petty Officer Munoz was presented with a letter of commendation by the Commanding Officer. Furthermore, he successfully handled 313 government travel charge card applications, 238 electronic service record award updates, and 31 accelerated advancement packages. Petty Officer Munoz also provided invaluable training on electronic advancement worksheets and performance mark average computation to four sailors, resulting in flawless execution during two advancement cycles.
