Structual Concrete-

Worked on various parking garage structures from dirt work to top off, completed box culverts from layout to installation and concrete towers from ground work to top out. Familiar with Simon Form, Snap Tie, Gang Form and Flyer systems, cast in place and precast systems.

Drywall/Framing-

Completed numerous projects installing red iron, standard metal stud and elevator core framing along with various sheetrock applications.

Millwork-

Have extensive understanding and skills in various millwork applications, to include retail, nightclubs, restaurants, towers and casinos.

• Conducted preliminary investigations at scenes of major crimes.
• Gathered necessary information for court appearances and testified as witness under oath in court.
• Conducted witness interviews and gathered details regarding incidents to determine best course of action.

We specialized in purchasing and remodeling high end homes in the San Francisco area. Areas of responsibility included setting, obtaining or overseeing drafting, engineering, permits, personnel, sub contractors, scheduling, budgets, and coordinating with clients. Project budgets ranged from two to four million dollars.

Responsible for numerous millwork projects to included Starbucks. Cosmopolitan Towers remodel, Thunder Valley Caino Floor Remodel, Hilton Home 2 Suites tower and lobby build out, Anthony's Steakhouse, office spaces, spas and other restaurants.

Job description: create and maitain schedule and 3 week look aheads. Create and maintain budgets. Creat viable construction plan and modify throughout. Oversee superintedants. Gather, submit and disseminate submittals to includ insuring they were followed. Cordinate and secure subs. Cordinate with Army Corps of Engineers.

Projects I managed included:

-Three custom homes valued at approximately 2.5 million dollars each,

- Tracy Defense Depot- a 1.8 million dollar 30,000 sqft warehouse remodel and a 450' truck scale and radiation monitor system.

- Bost Cottage- a $750,000 2200 sqft remodel and new build county facility

- Penn Valley Library- a $800,000 2600 sqft complete gut and remodel to include new HVAC, electrical and low voltage integrated systems, a new ADA ramp and parking entrance.

-Brunswick House- a $350,000 4,200 sqft County facility remodel to include a 1,200 sqft deck remodel, two restroom additions, meetimg room addition, electrical upgrades and paint/trim out.

-Empire Mine- a 1.9 million dollars hotel remodel for NV County to include all new ADA entrances, parking lot and drainage, room remodels with ADA accessibility, laundry and office facilities.

Over saw multiple projects including construction management of the Caesars Republic $180,000,000 project.
