Responsible for 135 buildings with the repair and installation of all phases of commerical and lock hardware throughout campus.

• Set up and build BEST Lock key code systems for new and existing buildings.
• Maintain and load all systems into the Keystone Lock software records.
• Work with project managers and department chairs to devise a key code system for new construction projects and various building rekeying projects.
• Repair all phases of door installations and hardware including the installation of card access hardware components.
• Responsible for all lock supply inventory and order placement
• Specialized in rebuilding current hardware and locks rather than purchasing new to keep expenses under budget
• Available for emergency call ins 24/7.
• Other duties as assigned with proficiency in carpentry, electric and drywall

Supervised crew of 18 on all phases of engineering including HVAC, carpentry, painting and human resources.

• Developed comprehensive training programs for new engineers, improving overall team knowledge and expertise.
• Enhanced team productivity by implementing streamlined project management processes and collaboration tools.
