Summary

I enjoy helping to resolve issues, working remotely to assist support in finding a resolution and also travel to customer sites in the US and Internationally to resolve issues that require expertise beyond standard field persons, or certain tasks where I am specifically needed.
I support all the systems that Netezza has along with other 3rd party devices and systems. I have always been a HW and Linux guy with some C and relational database experience.
I can do component repair if needed, and will not shy away from any

work asked of me.
