Provided instruction and classroom management stability in the event of teacher absence, often on short notice. Assigned as a one to one aide for students utilizing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure they remained focused, on task, and organized while meeting curriculum objectives.

Trained and developed professional skills of over 500 students from diverse backgrounds, mostly recent high school graduates. Used a wide range of lessons and student-centered learning activities including practical demonstrations and computer-based simulations to prepare students for careers.
