  • Abbey Creek Park This was phase 2 for an existing park at $1.2 million. It consisted of new pathways, play structures, sanded finish slabs and seating along with other miscellaneous hardscape items.
  • Cascade Concrete Products This was a renovation and an addition to a concrete manufacturing building that produces concrete civil storm products. This $4.2 million dollar project was conducted during operation consisting of 2 new engineered prefab metal buildings and the installation of new manufacturing equipment.

  • This is a self-preform sister company of P&C. My duties were not just limited to the general superintendents’ roll but I also would estimate new and existing projects. I would PM some projects when we were shorthanded. Our projects ranged from very small $25k to as much as $6M. Types of construction consisted of mainly concrete but also wood framing and Mass Timber/CLT. My main duty was to over see the projects, manage the superintendents/workers and communicate with the general contractor on a regular basis.

  • Kaiser Medical Facilities Superintendent for three Kaiser dental jobs and one medical office. This consisted of total renovation of exam rooms and offices, adding or moving these rooms.
  • Science of Scientology Building Superintendent on a renovation and seismic upgrade for a 7 story building. This was a complete remodel to the entire building.
  • Canby Police Facility – Canby, Or. General Foeman for a two-story ground up building. This consisted of spread and continuous footings. Elevator footings and walls. 15’ poured in place walls. Grade beams, moment frame footings.

  • Solar World Industries America I worked as a concrete superintendent and as an assistant superintendent for a new 200,000 square foot Module Fabrication and Logistics building with 20,000 square feet of office space. Scope includes concrete slab, foundations, tilt-up concrete, structural steel roof framing. The concrete work on this project was ahead of schedule and the 94 concrete panels were erected in just 2 days.
  • OHSU ADA Renovations I worked as a project superintendent for the demolition and renovations for exterior ADA modifications between two main hospital entrances. Work included new site concrete, landscaping and asphalt. Heavy coordination with all hospital support services for this active campus was required to accomplish the work in two phases involving rotating entrance access to facilitate patient drop-off and pick-up during construction. Several underground unforeseen scheduling impacts arose during construction, however due to very tight coordination and scheduling we were able to turn over on time.
  • Capitol Manor Addition and Tower Recladding Phase 2 Phase 2 addition I worked as Project Superintendent which involved expansion and renovation in and around the occupied facility. Heavy coordination with the owner was required to relocate residents over phases to allow the remodeling of selected existing residence rooms. This phase also required the same recladding as Phase 1.

  • Eye Health NW Administration Bldg., - Milwaukie, OR I worked as Project Superintendent for an 8,400 square foot brick veneer over wood frame single story building with a metal built-up roof. Work scope featured radius glass entry doors, imported woods throughout the reception and lobby areas as well as build-out to provide a medical records area, waiting room, administrative offices, exam rooms and restrooms.
  • West Linn High School Concrete site superintendent for a 107,840 square foot single story wood frame and CMU structure addition on an existing campus. Work scope involved a 150’x40’ single sided gang wall form for the gymnasium addition, a large complex suspended concrete construction for auditorium radius stage and seating.
  • Trendwest Resorts Condominiums I worked as concrete and site superintendent for a nine-story, 698,057 square foot mixed-use post-tension concrete tower with a connecting 225,000 square foot five story parking structure. The tower concrete exterior wall construction pioneered the largest quantity use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) in the U.S. at that time.
