  • These accounts have a large variety of equipment ranging from Aerial lift trucks, support trailers, light towers, pressure washers and compressors as well as earth moving equipment. These trailers included man hole support, emergency power generators and fiber splicing. I also aided in the maintenance of the supply warehouse which had several lift gate trucks, power pallet jacks and fork lifts. My job classification is light and medium duty vehicles and specialty equipment technician.
  • On 08/2019 I was transferred the Weavertown Environmental Group account. The first 60 days at this account my duties were to organize all inventory and shop equipment. The client had recently changed locations. I was then offered a position as a member of the fleet maintenance team.

Daily duties are complete operation of the Mobile Service Center including but not limited to daily inventory and stock resupply based on schedule. Organize nightly route to optimize efficiency and maintain a relationship with the clients to best support their needs. As a group in a minimal amount of time we doubled the client count justifying the need to add and additional technician. I found the technician we hired and trained him to meet the standards demanded by the position. I remain available to assist in out of town projects and adapt quickly to unfamiliar surroundings.
  • In May of 2022 I was promoted to Lead Technician for the Ohio Amazon group. I was tasked with coordinating nightly technician site assignments and coordinating repairs with the Fleet Manager and Business Development manager. I was the on call individual for any technical support needed during the shifts.
  • A promotion came quickly, in July of 2022 I was given the Ohio Fleet Manager position. Initially I was asked to cover Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky until permanent managers could be hired. The initial 3 moths was focused on filling 5 open positions and training the selected candidates. Once this was accomplished I was free to focus on the day to day operations. Tasks included purchase order management, inventory control, and payroll. The main focus of the day to day is safety. At a recent Management Summit The Ohio group was recognized for a zero safety incident in the year of 2022. I currently am active in the role of Fleet Manager.
  • These positions required I do all of my own administrative duties. I scheduled appointments, maintained and monitored inventory and coordinated all manufacturer and internal recalls
  • Readied vehicles for annual safety and roadworthiness inspections
  • Operated specialty equipment, standard tools, and gauges to complete assessments and repairs
  • Placed orders for parts necessary to complete vehicle repairs and installations

It didn't take long to find the problem was the mechanics lack of pride in their work. Together with the service manager we started a quality control process and helped change the attitude of the shop. After several months we went from the lowest rank in customer satisfaction in the district to consistently in the top 5
  • I was able to convince 3 of my former body shop customers to use this shop for their mechanical and front end alignment needs increasing sales.
