Versatile team member offering over 18 years of experience handling tasks smoothly and efficiently. Adapts well to changing processes, programs and team requirements. Eager to contribute to growing company. I started with Target 1292 in September, 2003, as a member of the Flow Team, unloading trucks and stocking shelves. During this time I would pick up shifts working in the backroom, as well as helping with the planogram team. In August, 2006, I transferred to a brand new Target store, Target 2182, in Somersworth, New Hampshire, as a backroom team member. I was there for plan-o-rama and to help get the store ready for opening. It was during this time that I was approached about becoming a Team Leader for Target. I became the Backroom Team Leader there and stayed in that role for about 13 months, before moving over and becoming the Price Accuracy Team Leader. In August of 2008, I moved back to Virginia and transferred back to Target 1292. At this time I went back to the flow team and backroom team. In September, 2009 I was promoted to Backroom Team Leader again and remained in that position until the position dissolved during Target's modernization. I then became a General Merchandising Team Leader with a concentration on the Fulfillment process. Over the course of my 18+ years with Target, I also received the titles of Riser Captain, Inventory Captain, and Team Trainer. I was also the "Target Great Team Hero" multiple times for Target 1292, as well as the D457 Team Hero in May, 2010.
