• Groomed and saddled up to thirty-five horses a day for our clients
• Prepped Horses and assisted riders with getting up on the saddle and understand the basics of how to direct the Horse

• Performed full unit remodels upon the departure of previous residents including trim updates, LVT flooring upgrades, Stainless steel appliances new bathroom vanities, LED lighting, window blinds, light switches etc.
• Followed through with residents concerning maintenance requests they had while living there.
• General maintenance consisted of some plumbing (copper, Galvanized and PVC/ABS pipes), minor eletrical such as installing lights, outlets and light switches and also tracing wires to identify problems, Installing security cameras
• When need be we would demo and replace subflooring in kitchen and bathroom areas in order to prevent further damage
• Replaced drywall and diagnosed any water leaks that may have damaged drywall elsewhere.
• Groundskeeping (trimming bushes, keeping walkways clear of trash and debris, detered loitering
• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.

I worked for Emerald Properties full time for two years followed by the next two years where I worked on and off for them as they needed help. This was often times my second or third job from 2018-2021 before I started working full time again for them.

• Bussed tables during busy periods to assist staff and quickly turn over tables.
• Remained calm and poised when dealing with difficult customers or during stressful shifts.
• Maintained customer satisfaction by clarifying questions about orders and correcting the problem within a timely manor.
• Bussed tables to keep dining room and work areas clean and ready for the next guest.

• Repairing ranch equipment as needed such as skid steers, deisel trucks, tractors, quads and such
• Pre-season controlled burns and forest maintenance in order to lessen chances of wild fires on the 700 acre ranch

• Worked the three and four year old untouched Colts to get them saddle broke and ready to trail ride

• Took one hour, two hour, half day and full day trail rides with guests from all around the world on tours along the Yellowstone River which overlooked the National Park

• Assisted customers source parts needed for their vehicles along with giving them personal mechanical advice and recommendations on where their cars could be serviced
• Made Sales Calls to surrounding auto mechanic shops updating them of our newly introduced products, prices and overall details on promotional items.

• Maintained current knowledge of manufacturers' options and parts availability to offer expert support.
• Operated fork truck to move heavy pallets and containers of parts between vehicles and storage locations.
• Stocked storage areas with merchandise from new trucks, following bins system accurately to minimize inventory errors.
