  • Subject Matter Expert for Mobile Broadband Kit, Vehicle Broadband Kit (MBK/VBK). Worked all aspects of the transition of MBK/VBK from PEO Soldier / PM IVAS to PM Tactical Network/ PdM NetMod. Was specifically responsible for soliciting, evaluating, and contracting for cellular service for deployed users of MBK/VBK. Worked with the Contracting Officer for SPIRAL 4 acquisition of cellular service to include cost data, coverage analysis and management of the contracts once awarded I worked to request, receive and disseminate programmatic, financial and technical information relating to MBK/VBK and its transition from a Mid Tier Acquisition to a Army Program.
  • Worked programmatic issues relating to the
    procurement of MBK/VBK Hardware, procurement of Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs) for units with fielded MBK/VBK terminals
    - Subject Matter Expert for the Battalion Tactical Radio Integration Kit (BN-TRIK). Worked all aspects of the transition of the BN-TRIK from PEO
    Soldier / PM IVAS to PM Tactical Network/ PdM NetMod I worked to request, receive and disseminate programmatic, financial and technical
    information relating to the BN-TRIK and its transfer from PEO Soldier to PEO C3N’
    - Worked with PM Tactical Radios to create a spend plan as PM TR is PM TN’s source of funding for the BN-TRIK product. Worked to identify the
    financial requirements for the BN-TRIK (Configuration Management, Information Assurance, Help Desk Support)
    - Worked with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for BN-TRIK to address obsolescence issues identified during a roadmap discussion
    with the OEM.
    - Liaison Officer (LNO) between PdM NetMod and other stakeholder organizations such as PM IVAS, PM TR, PEO C3T HQ
    - Worked with and coordinated the activities of the Tactical Network Engineers with their management
    - Participated in the first NET/NEF of the BN-TRIK as a PEO C3T product
