- Manage all Disaster Recovery Incidents. This mainly deals with adding late fee waivers to accounts due to natural disasters. This includes 4 major hurricanes and over 100,000 impacted accounts.
- Supervise and run the Fee Prevention Process- this is a daily process where customers need late fees waived due to system constraints. Approximately, 130 accounts require manipulation on a daily basis.
