On cable management I had learned all of the techniques and requirements for visually pleasing and functional layout. Currently I have things set up on the 4th floor to completely finish anchoring in an auxiliary cords. I have boxes on the 4th floor setup to install all stops and then I will replicate that same pattern on the 5th if you have a cable management job at the Amazon warehouse on 1795 dam neck rd
On machine operator me and my team were the most consistent at putting out quota or above. Met the requirements for every incentive. And was the first and only team to receive a promotion to line coach and a $4 raise after only two and a half I am a prolifically hard worker and I work hard for my family. I
There is nothing that I cannot learn and then replicate to specific standards. Every company I work for I am a model employee. I look forward to representing.
As a line coach, I was asked to impart my formula for achieving 84-100 pods a day and was able to train up two teams bringing their total up by 25 more pods a day. At that time there were incentives attached to reaching a certain goal of 84, once achieved you could go home and still get the rest of the days pay. I help two teams achieve that goal. Which were the only teams that I got to work with, due to a switch in direct for the contract held by Aerotek.
I am a determined worker that sets goals out for myself of achieving a higher echelon. This why you could literally put me anywhere and I will observe the work that's being done internalize it, streamline that process, and then efficiently execute, supplying you with an employee that proves himself thru work and respect, and provides sought after feedback, to increase production.
.
My hard work was recognized with a promotion and a four dollar raise.
If moving forward we are continuing on to make pods. But I have an eye and ability to spot who works well and fast. I have a winning strategy that could increase production.
