  • Performed calibrations and adjustments on measuring instruments for accurate results. Ultrasonic meters mostly Instromet, Sick, Daniels. Rotary meters including Dresser Roots meter. Romet rotary meters. Turbine meters Sensus Mark II, auto-adjust, and TPL-9. Pulled orifice plates to check flatness and to inspect. Performed inspection/calibrations on transmitters Rosemount, ABB MVT, Bristol 3808 MVT, Druck pressure indicators, DP and zero on Five block manifolds. Have worked with Chromatograph mostly ABB. RTU mostly Bristol control wave and Automates/AutoPilots.
  • Performed maintenance on UltraSonic meters, cleaning paths/transducers, changing flow software boards for upgrades
  • Performed critical flow test on the rotary meters and tear downs to replace parts and add oil.
  • Performed spin test on turbine meters.
  • Have witness test every month. I witness and get witnessed.
  • Pulled spot and composite samples.
  • Removed and installed new measurement equipment.
