• Generated several savings opportunities through utilization review, disputes and inventory audits generating more than $5M in annual savings.
• Drove contract renegotiation's generating more than $7M in annual savings.

• Established the Trillion 3PP Mobility program as the Carrier Manager for AT&T. Responsible for vendor relationships, driving their delivery capabilities, supportability, financial viability, and increasing revenue for the 3PP Mobility program. Developed this program from the start to $1.5 Billion in the first 2 years.

• Built a new team and processes to allow the purchase, repair/testing, and shipment of these devices to our customer based on contractual on-time delivery and designed inventory holds.
• Negotiated contracts with all parties, including Rates in support of Profit and Loss targets
• Developed technical test standards for 4G and 5G devices.

• Managed all aspects of the Carrier/Suppliers for the Verizon Cloud Platform and Network Engineering/Planning for Verizon Enterprise Virtualized Network Services. Supported enterprise customer/product requirements for the Verizon Cloud Platform in support of hosted network services and cloud product development including data traffic forecasting and network deployments.
• Managed cloud and virtualized technology vendors, enabling/launching strategic enterprise products.
• Performed vendor research, selection, and vendor on-boarding to launch Verizon Network Services.
• Negotiated contracts and managed vendor relationships for evaluated products and services.
• Managed the suppliers for product enhancement, life cycle management and enablement for Virtualized Service products such as SD-WAN, Security, Routing, and WAN Acceleration.
• Created and delivered presentations to internal stakeholders, customers, and executives regarding potential product capabilities and revenue opportunities which included a business plan, and technical specifications.
• Collaborated on high-level and low-level design and architecture documentation for product solutions.

Key Accomplishments

• Supported the planning/deployment of an internal Global Cloud platform utilizing Openstack with RedHat. Oversaw the launch of multiple product enhancements, managed 12 vendor expansions and successful service chains driving $79 Million in annual revenue with new service chains being launched and planned.
• Developed a high-level, low-level product roadmap and product solution, including new end-to-end processes, that enabled the federal market, which resulted in a $350 Million customer funnel in 2019 and improved the speed to market and potential virtualized service customer list by 50% over the existing solution.

• Designed, launched, and managed the life cycle of the SCI (Secure Cloud Interconnect) Enterprise product. Increased revenue through feature enhancements, sales workshops, operations education, and by improving automation utilizing Agile processes.

Key Accomplishments

• Managed Equinix and Coresite relationships launching a new MPLS Data Cloud Connectivity product.
• Drove the product to achieve $3 Million in monthly revenue with a 3-year target plan to hit $17M MRC
• Program manager enabling an infrastructure rollout in 24 global locations with $32 Million in network infrastructure to support both Secure Cloud Interconnect and the launch of Virtualized Network Services; successfully completed the buildout within 12 months.

• Negotiated, planned, and implemented voice traffic and least cost routing protocols for the Global Network that supported origination, transit, and termination traffic with traffic metering, least cost design, analysis, and reporting. Carrier managed the international voice network to 205 Global carriers across 143 countries. Supervised a team of 36 technical professionals with 6 direct reports.
• Collaborated with Sales, Legal, FCC and Operations to deliver traffic without failure.

Key Accomplishments

• Led the Network and Engineering team support the product to a peak of $2 B in annual revenue with an equipment budget of $250 M, network of 850 thousand PSTN/VoIP circuits/routes, that processed hundreds of millions of switch translations per month.
