  • Manages and maintains network integrity for the DISA network Oracle database of record (CMDB).
  • Reviews/Analyzes engineering change data and coordinates with all departments, including engineering, implementations, and support.

  • Ensure proper change management procedures are followed regarding network changes to continue to impove network database accuracy.
  • Verifies updates to the CM data are completed within the appropriate amount of time as determined by the contract through the use of ALP20 processes, tools and procedures.
  • Compiles and maintains CM documentation and work instructions in support of operational CM functions.
  • Provides CM related data and planning support to other network management functions and operational support systems.
  • Prepares reports using Microsoft Access DB Excel, Oracle, and RMS as required
  • Performing of ALP20 process ensures proper change management compliance when changes are made to the network.
  • (verb) MSS (Oracle Database) User Management including processing of 2875’s, and updating permissions groups.
  • Supports MDA (GCN) Configuration Management.
  • Validates GCN CMDB records through extensive research, using FSE documents, Completion Reports, Life Network Tools and  through interfacing with GCN team members.
  • Produces Visio Network Diagrams documents for GCN
  • Processes request for information tickets sent to the CM team through Remedy.
  • Assist in the cross training of team members to improve continuity of proceses.
