I built Prop Man, a custom financial management web application for Immaculate Stays, LLC, which we use to operate Harrison Bluffs Campground and RV Park. Developed with Ionic and Angular and hosted on Firebase, the app provides a secure, scalable, and user-friendly interface for tracking bookings, expenses, and revenue. It integrates with Hipcamp to automatically pull transaction data, generates monthly profit and loss statements, and accounts for unique ownership structures such as profit-sharing agreements between landowners and operators. By centralizing financial reporting and automating manual calculations, Prop-Man has streamlined the way we run Harrison Bluffs, reducing administrative overhead and providing real-time insights into business performance.

Founded and operate a boutique web development and AI automation agency serving startups, investors, and small businesses. Delivered custom web apps and WordPress websites. Developed SaaS products including the Real Estate Investment Toolkit, a Vue + Vuetify application with BRRR, fix-and-flip, and mortgage/loan calculators. Integrated SEO, schema, and analytics for client projects, increasing visibility and engagement. The calculators are free with specialized tools behind a paywall.

Built and maintained progressive web applications for the oil and gas industry using Ionic, Angular, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Firebase. Designed responsive user interfaces tailored for field and office use, ensuring reliability in data-heavy environments. Implemented real-time data synchronization and secure authentication to support mission-critical workflows. Collaborated with engineers and analysts to translate complex industry requirements into scalable solutions, improving reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

During my time at Lunarpages, now known as HostPapa, I supported customers in resolving website and hosting issues while also helping them optimize their online presence through additional services. I quickly stood out for my ability to combine technical problem-solving with strong communication and sales skills. In addition to troubleshooting hosting and website challenges, I upsold existing customers when the product was a better fit for their needs with new solutions and brought in new business through consultative sales. My performance placed me among the top sales representatives in the company, leading to a transition from customer service team and into the sales team full time where I continued to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.

At ACNT.com in Lake Forest, CA, I managed the operations of a full-service computer shop where I took on multiple roles including Shop Manager, IT Manager, and Sales Representative. Our primary services focused on custom computer and server builds as well as diagnostics and repairs. During my time there, I personally built or repaired roughly 1,000 desktops, laptops, and servers, giving me extensive hands-on experience with hardware and system optimization. In addition to technical responsibilities, I managed customer relationships, supervised shop operations, and drove sales, ensuring both high-quality service and consistent business growth.

At New Century Mortgage Company, I worked as a Senior Loan Officer on the company’s most experienced team, managing clients from initial acquisition through to loan closing. My role combined phone sales with high-touch client support, as I guided borrowers through the mortgage process, providing daily updates and clear communication at every stage. I collaborated directly with processors and underwriters to ensure timely approvals and smooth closings. Because we operated both as a direct bank lender and as a brokerage, I was able to match clients with the most suitable mortgage products available, tailoring solutions to their specific financial needs. This dual structure allowed me to deliver both competitive rates and personalized service, resulting in strong client satisfaction and repeat business.
