• Attend industry events and training to enhance your knowledge and expertise in the travel industry.

• Currently oversee general store operations for Amazon's Hub Locker and Hub Counter locations in Central Florida, North and South Carolina.
• Responsible for associate safety, standard work, and compliance.

• Directly managed up to 11 sites in a market that is Top 3 consistently nation-wide in customer package volume
• Responsible for general startup and success of over 35 new businesses within CXO operations
• Championed safety as the Subject Matter Expert for the region, implemented safety strategies to help increase our safety scores to 8% above network standard while also increasing associate engagement through positive associate recognition
• Drove compliance standards set forth by senior leadership and stakeholders leading the Southeast market from lowest to highest compliance rate in less than 2 months.

• Responsible for delighting customers throughout Central Florida through offers (retail), sample/events (marketing), and community engagement (philanthropy/volunteer events)
