• Established the protocol and operational procedures for SCAD’S Maintenance Department. Maintenance had been handled by a subsidiary of the college which had resulted in inefficiency in organization and financial discrepancies.
• Implementation of Security Access Reader Systems, Student Debit ID Systems, Sales of Community Access Systems
• Due diligence in acquisition of furnishings for all residence halls classrooms and administrative buildings. Designed templates to include all pertinent information concerning each respective building.
• Responsible for all telephone wiring and connections prior to the institution of the IT department.

• Responsibilities of Position: Commercial upkeep for 188 stores in the Southeastern Region. Included stores located on the East Coast from Georgia to Maine and the state of Ohio
• Responsible for Critical-needs Maintenance, as well as planned deferred maintenance
• Responsible for all store inspections
• Secured subcontractors for interior and exterior maintenance and retrofit projects
• Responsible for control over the Operations Budget
• Established and enhanced working relationships with regulatory agencies and local government agencies.
