I go to skilled nursing homes, assisted living Facilities, homes, and hospice house facilities to provide activities of daily living for hospice patients which includes giving complete bed baths , showering patients on a shower chair, shower bed, or shower a built in shower seat, assist patients with transferring and ambulation, assist to bedside commode, assist with bedpan or urinal, to include shaving, shampooing hair, brushing teeth,Cleaning fingernails, using the hoyer lift and stand up lift changing linen and making beds on an occupied or unoccupied bed, cleaning the room, removing trash and soiled linen, I do vital signs to include checking/documenting the blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, input/ output, feeding patients, documenting and communicating all changes and pertinent information to the nurse immediately and CNA's documenting digitally.
