Summary

As a current law enforcement officer who has served for 37+ years in the City of Muskogee, the last 6 years as Chief of Police, I would be excited to have the opportunity to continue to serve not only Muskogee but also the citizens throughout the Eastern District of Oklahoma, many of whom I had the pleasure of meeting in 2022 while I campaigned for House of Representatives. During my campaign, I made it a top priority to visit every law enforcement agency throughout Congressional District 2. With a lifetime of law enforcement experience in one of the largest cities in Eastern Oklahoma and with relationships I have formed with law enforcement agencies across the state, I am not only confident in my abilities to perform the duties of a United States Marshal position but also believe I could be an asset to the agency.

Professional law enforcement leader with deep expertise in public safety, community engagement, and crime prevention. Proven track record in strategic planning, crisis management, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Strong focus on building cohesive teams and adapting to evolving challenges, ensuring reliable and effective outcomes. Skilled in conflict resolution, policy development, and ethical decision-making.
