Key West

Summary

I lived a fantasy life in the Caribbean I never could have imagined . Being sober made me infinitely employable in paradise. I don't imagine I am some great manager to lead in this business. I love my job, I love the silly passengers, I take fulfillment from giving people the best day of their year , and having a blast doing it . That can become contagious. In this business the difference between good and great is passion.

I lived in Venezuela working boats in Hurricane Seasons

One of my favorite adventures ever. I spent the hurricane season of 1998 in Isla Margarita by myself in an effort to escape the boredom of off season, and learn Spanish. I returned for two more seasons working day trips to Coche Island on a sailing cat which carried 120 passengers, and a motor boat rated for 250 passengers with a built in pool, and a Discoteque. I love the language and the people were incredibly kind to me. I hope to go back one day.
