• Taught 1 FLMNET class of 15 students per class. 80 Hrs. per class. The classes covered Intro and Safety, Familiarization, Electrical, to include the J1939 Network, Engine, Transmission, Drivetrain, TAK-4I Suspension system, Air brakes and CTIS systems.
• Selected to be the supervisor for installation of VOC Boxes, brackets and wiring harnesses, to programming and troubleshooting of the intercom system to ensure proper functionality.
• Performed full Pre inspection to find any and all faults to include; full driveline, suspension, electrical and wiring, software systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, Nitrogen systems, braking systems and tires. Performed inspections on the Capsule and top hatch to find faults such as stress cracks in the welds or any other mechanical faults such as door operation.
• Harvested all equipment being transferred from HMMWV to be installed on JLTV, to include Turrets and C4ISR equipment.
• Prepared the JLTV to accept the C4ISR equipment by rerunning communication cables, readjusting radio mounts and ensuring good ground with proper continuity to ensure a clear signal.
• Installed Turrets on the JLTV ensuring all bolts are torqued to specification. Ensuring that wiring is connected and ran properly and proper motor alignment for smooth operation.
• Performed troubleshooting and repairs on various systems of the JLTV.
