Highly motivated and extremely optimistic person who is passionate about working as an adjuster.

Many years of coaching success has helped provide unique abilities in areas such as team-building, conflict resolution, and problem solving. Having been in a number of different settings has helped develop an expertise in communicating with a diverse audience. The goal with communication has always been to convey a clear message while receiving both positive and negative feedback. It is this expertise which will help in providing exceptional customer service.

As both a coach and teacher, being goal oriented and driven has always been a primary focus. To achieve such high standards, it is imperative to be able to work in collaboration with the team in order to reach our common goals. However, it is also important to be a self-starter who is detail oriented and able to solve problems independent of the team when the need arises.
