• Transitional role to Chief of Police.
• Act as the department’s Chief Executive Officer, and as such has final departmental authority in all police matters.
• Is a member of the Township Management team and, as such, must work cooperatively and collaboratively with the Township Manager and other department heads.
• Enforces all established Policies and Procedures and promotes the department as an integral part of the community.
• Control, supervise, and regulate the personnel, equipment, and operation of the police department in all aspects of police protection and regulations.
• Formulates plans and implements missions using established strategies, tactics, policies, procedures, and accepted methods of operations.
• Oversees the recruitment and hiring of personnel.
• Accountable to the Township Manager.
• Plan and execute a police service program designed to prevent and suppress crime, apprehend and prosecute offenders, and recover and return property.
• Ensure an adequate proactive program of employee training within established budgetary guidelines.
• Organized, reviewed, and evaluated the work of twenty- two sworn and non-sworn staff members.

Appointed by the CBSRT board of Chiefs as deputy commander. Formerly, the tactical team leader.

• Oversee daily operations of the tactical team, 22 jurisdictions, nearly 215,000 residents, 300 sq mi.
• Respond to high-risk incidents and assist in the safe resolution of the event.
• Worked as a member of a team.
• Planned high-risk operations, responsible for the community, police, and suspects' well-being.
• Manage assigned team members during training and activations.
• Responsible for coordinating the team training and organizational readiness.
• Retained instructor certifications in many areas of tactical operations.
• Maintain physical fitness standards.
• Documented incidents, performed briefings, after-action reviews, and represented CBSRT as directed.
• Notably worked directly with the U.S. Secret Service, FBI, Foreign dignitary protection agencies, and many local and state law enforcement organizations.

• Second in command of the police department, reporting to the Chief of Police.
• Responsible for managing police operations.
• Represent the Chief of Police when required.
• Supervise all divisions within the police department.
• Manage the Warwick Township Police policies and procedures manual.
• Designated as the police accreditation manager.
• Coordinate and oversee all grant applications.
• Assist with open records requests (Right to Know).
• Investigate, interview, and provide detailed reports in reference to citizen complaints and internal or sensitive matters.
• Focused on leadership and officer development initiatives.
• Responsible for departmental scheduling, staffing, training, fleet maintenance, and FTO programs.
• Department and community instructor in various disciplines.
• Oversee and manage the crime scene and drug units, verifying that they meet the Bucks County District Attorney's Office standards.
• Trusted and accountable for maintaining the security and integrity of the department's evidence and property storage.
• Assist the Chief as the network administrator and regularly communicate with vendors and IT personnel to effectively manage technology.
• Respond to emergencies, support patrol, and investigations, assuming command when necessary.
• Support with budget preparation and maintenance.
• Coordinate department purchasing and requisitions.
• Direct and train department personnel.
• Maintain on-call status and respond during off-duty hours as required.
