I've served as a small group leader, worship leader, college pastor, associate pastor, and now as senior pastor for the last seven years. I have extensive experience in cross-cultural ministry, having partnered with ministries in Uganda, Sierra Leone, and Thailand. Before feeling called to full-time ministry I worked as a counselor with at-risk youth. Before that I worked as a musician.
