Jonathan Barrios

As Director I equip and deploy my team of five with the motivation and guidance to engage campus culture in uncomfortable monologues through the weekly implementation of "Open Mic" events.

I leverage, maintain and look after my teams on an individual basis in an effort to increase the quality our relationship, which lends itself to higher quality productions; a tactic known as Servant Leadership, penned by Robert Greenleaf.

• Directed work of lighting and sound crews to coordinate efficient production operations.
