I'm a Learning Ambassador which coaches and supervises new hires of how things operate. I have experience in supervising and managing groups of 25 and more associates. I manage the staffing board, support, mentor, and motivate our employees to reach our daily goal. I help assist our managers with quality and productivity control of the workflow.

I coach associates in how to work safely, and keep their work area organized according to Amazon standard work. I'm knowledgeable in the Station Command Center (SCC) which maintains and controls the flow of sort and picking stages.

I'm part of the Safety SME comedy, my role is assisting safety regarding TDR/PIT investigation, incident and injuries. I Monitor the implementation and operation of safety rules and regulations and ensure no activity will damage environment quality. I'm a Traffic controller whose safety plays a big role. I perform a vehicle safety audit (VSA) process for our DSP drivers.

I'm a Problem Solver who investigates and corrects shipment errors through the use of Kick Out, Optimized Outbound Problem Solve (OOPS), and Putty tools to ensure that customers orders are delivered. Problem solving duties evolve damaged products and also how to properly dispose of different types of products especially liquids

I do waste management ( waste coordinator) which disposes of waste products by using WADM waste shipment and containers.

I'm knowledgeable in OSHA 1910 and also the 29 CFR course.

Knowledgeable in causes and prevention of MSD and RMD injuries.
