  • As an Army Counterintelligence Agent I am part of a team that conducts aggressive, comprehensive and worldwide coordinated activities to detect, identify, counter, neutralize and exploit Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) and International Terrorist Organizations (ITO) targeting Army personnel, facilities and equities. In essence, I am in charge of locating soldiers in the Army that have been compromised by foreign enemy contacts and have leaked sensitive information to them in exchange for money or the promise or some type of reward or compensation. • Hours per week: 10

Correctional Officer

Wisconsin Department of Corrections
Oregon
02.2025 - 04.2026
  • I am in charge of supervising the safety and security of all 49 inmates assigned to live in my assigned housing unit that I work. This is done by me conducting hourly security rounds of the unit in which I visually look in and observe each inmates’ cell and make sure their well being is safe and secure. I am in charge of conducting three official counts in my assigned housing unit per shift that I work, in which I make sure all inmates in my assigned housing unit are accounted for. I am in charge of de-escalating tense situations as well as acting professionally and using good judgment and problem solving skills when dealing with any and all issues that arise in my assigned housing unit. I am also in charge of helping rehabilitate the inmates assigned in my housing unit. This is accomplished by being a good example to them in how I act and conduct myself everyday, acting professionally at all times, and helping them respectfully understand the rules of the facility in which they are incarcerated. The point of all of this is to keep all the inmates safe and secure, but also in the hopes they follow my example when they are released from prison and do not return to the life of crime they once lived.
  • Hours per week: 50

Police Officer

Freeport Police Department
Freeport, IL

Conducting business checks by visually observing local businesses and making sure they had not been robbed or burglarized. Conducting warrant checks at residents in regard to individuals living inside them who had an outstanding warrant. Successfully obtaining confessions from suspects I had arrested and Mirandized. Conducting traffic stops on drivers of vehicles suspected of the following: Possession of narcotics inside the vehicle, possession of an illegal firearm or firearms inside the vehicle, the driver having a suspended or revoked driver's license, and/or the driver or a passenger in the vehicle having an outstanding warrant. I was able to make arrests on a daily basis through the use of traffic stops by utilizing License Plate Readers (LPR) that were placed strategically at busy intersections in the town. I would place a vehicle's license plate number that I knew was owned (the vehicle) either by an individual with a warrant or a known drug dealer in the LPR database and place the setting on my squad computer to be alerted in real/live time when the said vehicle would pass by an intersection that had an LPR attached to it. Lastly, I was proficient in court room testimony.
