My position is a general service and maintenance technician with other responsibilities , such as making appointments, service writing, billing, ordering parts and shop maintenance.

Services include tune up, timing belts water pumps, brakes, heater cores.

• My responsibility were to find and disperse very small parts to very large parts ie. wire connector to a bucket lift to an auger for a digger derrick, for over 20 technician. I was trained to use the crane for large components like augers and booms, bucket lifts.
• As a mig welder I was on a team of 2 or3 people welding different components on large utility trucks, such as steps cargo boxes hitches.
• I was trained to make high pressure hydraulic lines for utility and crane and bucket trucks.

• Generated reports detailing the status of all data processing activities.
• Troubleshooted problems associated with malfunctioning hardware devices such as printers and scanners, which were used during different stages of the organization's workflow process.
• Conducted regular backups of all critical files and databases in order to prevent loss due to system failure or malicious attacks.
• Provided technical support to users regarding their questions related to data processing systems.
• Transferred written information into databases to maintain consistent, accurate client records and project details.
• Monitored access control points, checked identification cards, and issued visitor passes as required.
• Patrolled via motorized vehicles, all-terrain vehicles and walking.
• Several aux security force training classes. Many hours to list. I will provide list if requested.
