Built and led a diverse coalition of investor networks, union capital strategies staff, corporate campaign researchers, and elected city and state financial officers seeking to use Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting to demand accountability from Elon Musk.
Spearheaded the development of model legislation and local regulatory actions to address safety concerns with Tesla autonomous vehicles and organized a coalition of vehicle safety organizations to promote bills with state and local legislators and regulators.
Led policy and legal research to identify state level legal, regulator, and legislative tools to combat consolidation in the news and media industry and the capitulation by media companies to pressure from the federal government.

Designed and oversaw CPD’s “Guardians of Democracy” civic leadership training for grassroots leaders of community organizations, resulting in member leaders holding over 40,000 relational conversations with their personal networks and their neighbors to encourage voting in the 2024 election cycle.
Led $2M+ campaign to mobilize renters to vote in the 2024 general election, including field, direct mail and digital advertising in 5 battleground states.
Convened funders, field partners, and allies to fund and call attention to and defeat "democracy denier" candidates who had endorsed the January 6th insurrection and were running for statewide office in battleground states.
Cultivated and strengthened relationships with political and civic engagement funders and managed over $2.8M in sub-grants to state based partner organizations over 2 cycles.

Oversaw the union’s poll worker recruitment program that recruited over 20,000 predominantly people of color to fill poll worker positions to address the election administration crisis caused by COVID.

NYC Census 2020: Oversaw a team of 35 staff and implementation of $20 million in grants to over 150 community organizations in historically undercounted communities.
Senior Advisor: Managed $3 million charter revision public education campaign that resulted in overwhelming approval of city-wide referenda to expand public financing of elections and establish NYC’s Civic Engagement Commission.

Founded the Connecticut state party and over the course of a decade raised growing budget, built high-impact team, and cultivated long-term relationships with labor union and community organization leaders resulting in transforming the organization from a quixotic idea to the go-to progressive electoral and issue campaign organization in the state.
Ran electoral campaigns that elected dozens of diverse progressive candidates to state and local office, and managed 6-figure independent expenditure campaigns that helped flip Connecticut’s last two Republican-held Congressional Districts.
Led groundbreaking, multi-year legislative campaign that combined high-level government relations, creative and sophisticated earned media and a relentless field program to make Connecticut the first state to enact guaranteed paid sick days for service workers.
