- Spearheaded the development of model legislation and local regulatory actions to address safety concerns with Tesla autonomous vehicles and organized a coalition of vehicle safety organizations to promote bills with state and local legislators and regulators.
- Led policy and legal research to identify state level legal, regulator, and legislative tools to combat consolidation in the news and media industry and the capitulation by media companies to pressure from the federal government.
