Levelset, a SaaS (Software as a Service), leverages legal lien rights to secure and improve general contractor cash flow and collections via proprietary software. In November 2022, Levelset was acquired by Procore, a publicly traded construction management SaaS, at an 8x book valuation.

• Owned and streamlined payroll accounting process via SaaS implementation for over 280+ US Employees. Reduced monthly payroll closing times by over half
• Helped establish the company's first 401K Plan while overseeing its two subsequent annual audits
• Acted as NetSuite ERP system administrator leveraging abilities to customize, build-out and scale the accounting system to align with rapidly growing departmental needs; as well as approve transaction and journal entries from direct reports
• Owned and led month-end billing and revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and other SaaS Accounting standards
• Co-lead projects to complete agreed-upon-procedures engagements for the Louisiana Quality Jobs and Louisiana Digital Media tax incentive programs. This work generated $1M+ in cash incentives, annually, under our Accounting/Corporate cost center at 0% Margin

• Owned Lucid's $36M+ of Accounts Receivables and associated collections process. I completely overhauled and streamlined this process by implementing YayPay, an accounts receivables management software platform
• Led monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Significantly reduced DSO (from 212 to 138) and several other key Accounts Receivables metrics, greatly improving cash collection and liquidity
