During my tenure as Director for multiple locations at Laser Away, I have exceeded all company set projections, raised revenue out of all locations and have built sales and nursing staffs that work cohesively towards constant success. Currently, I oversee locations that are in the top 10 in revenue out of 180 locations, handling the hiring and training of all staff and have created Sales and Operational SOPs that are utilized company wide. My extensive knowledge in aesthetic dermatology sales and operations has lead me to be utilized across Southern California to train new Directors in store and on regular national calls to instruct employees regarding new services and strategies. I have worked hand in hand with the VPs of Clinical Operations and Neuromodulators to institute new policies and procedures for nursing and sales alike.

Oversee all staff operations, including personal trainer programs and sales quotas. Recruit and hire trainers,
front desk and custodial staff, overseeing all aspects of gym operations. Demonstrate excellent knowledge
of weight lifting and exercise physiology in order to assist individuals on their fitness journey. Observe clients
and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill and physical improvement.

Served in entrepreneurial, owner and financial management capacity for two supplement franchises,
overseeing and coordinating all financial aspects of operations, including sales, business development,
billing, accounting, and accounts receivable / payable.

Recruited, trained, and supervised managers, negotiated contracts with nationwide supplement companies,
and coached team to achieve established sales and business development goals.

Held accountability for overseeing all company operations, evaluating revenue and preparing quarterly
financial reports while setting monthly sales goals and motivating staff to perform at the highest levels.
Managed 30 employees, including marketing team and oversaw payroll administration functions. Facilitated
negotiations between hospitals, hospice agencies, and Medicare, spanning hundreds of companies and
thousands of clients. Supervised customer service and delivery personnel, negotiated contracts with
insurance companies and private providers, and managed large volume of Medicare and private insurance
data. Oversaw all incoming patients within 75-mile radius from multiple hospitals and nursing facilities.
