• -Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on all current Tesla models following repair procedures, release notes, correction codes and repair guidelines.

- Removing and Replacing Mechanical components such as subrfames,suspension, drive unit etc.

-Glass replacement such as windshields, quarter glass, roof glass and back glass.

-Calibration of electrical components such as Cameras, sonar sensors, body closures etc.

-Perform software and firmware reinstall and later search for any service alert errors. If active alerts are present, diagnose using both, onboard screen and ToolBox3 to access troubleshooting and service task and routines.

My first shop working on Tesla vehicles!

-First tasks at this location were disassemble Tesla vehicles (Mostly model X,S) as a helper.

-In less than 3 month I was already performing some body panel replacement such a quarter panel skin or rear body panels on model 3.

-Assisting in setting vehicles on Celette bench.

-At this shop stared in the prepping area for about 4 months.

-Then moved as a Body Tech helper and became a body technician within the first 16 months.

-Proficient in "car o liner" benching and measuring system.

-Very efficient in bumper reconditioning

-Body and structural panel replacement.
