• Provided training for new outside and control operators. This consisted of creating a packet with P&IDs, training documents, routinely drawing the unit, outside walk-throughs, and verbal training of the area.

• Responsible for all personnel safety by controlling the unit's atmosphere in which work is being done.
• Prepare an optimization plan for shift board operators to meet daily product targets and specifications for customers, while maintaining a lean throughput of product.
