MISSIONARY EXPERIENCE

I had the privilege to travel with my local church to feed the hungry and feed the spirits of the poor and needy in the area of La Ceiba, Honduras. I went on two trips, averaging about two weeks each. This was a very rewarding and eye-opening experience. It left a permanent awareness of how blessed we are in this country, even the poorest of us. I learned not to take for granted the little things that many others do not have.
